This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and All Admission Services. These Terms govern your access to the counseling, prediction, selection guides, and documentation support desks hosted on our platform.

All Admission Services is a comprehensive medical admission counseling service provider with over 13 years of experience in the field. Our services are designed to guide students through the complex process of medical admissions in India and abroad. We offer:

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of All Admission Services, you have certain responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our platform and the integrity of our counseling process. By using our services, you agree to:

Information Accuracy & Completeness

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your academic records, personal details, and preferences. Ensure all submitted documents are genuine and unaltered, and cooperate fully during verification processes.

Account Security & Privacy

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Immediately report any unauthorized access. Use strong passwords and ensure proper logout when using shared or public devices.

Lawful & Ethical Use

Use our services only for lawful purposes. Maintain ethical standards in all interactions with our staff and other users, avoiding any form of misrepresentation or fraudulent activity.

Platform Usage Guidelines

Do not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with our services. Avoid attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems.

Intellectual Property Respect

Respect all intellectual property rights of All Admission Services and third parties. Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content.

4. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are designed to be transparent, fair, and secure. All payments must be made according to the agreed terms and conditions. We maintain strict financial policies to protect both our clients and our business interests.

Accepted Payment Methods

Online payments (Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets), Bank Transfers (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS) to our designated accounts, Demand Drafts in favor of "All Admission Services" payable at Kanpur, and EMI Options through partner financial institutions. Cash payments are only accepted at our office premises with a proper receipt.

Payment Schedules & Overdue Accounts

Complete payment is required before service activation. Installment plans are available for packages above ₹50,000 with prior approval. Overdue amounts after a 15-day grace period are subject to a 2% per month charge, and services may be suspended for payments overdue by 30+ days.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for cancellations before service commencement. Partial refunds are available based on service utilization. Certain specialized services like document verification are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 15-30 working days to the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate guidance and support, All Admission Services cannot guarantee admission to any specific medical college or institution. Our services are advisory in nature. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by All Admission Services are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
